Turnu Rosu
Valcea County. A pass on Olt Valley. The road used by Vlad Tepes army to enter in Transylvannia (1457). Turnu Rosu Fortress was built in the 13th -14th centuries. Vlad Tepes added new defence walls still visible today alongsides of the ruins of the fortress.
